Laid back environment in the office, lots of fun. Nice retirement package.
The office policies are stuck in the 50s. Men have the availability to come and go and work from home as needed. The women are monitored to the minute with zero flexibility. Pay & PTO are not competitive with local comps. Lack of technology usage.
