About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance

The Assistant Golf Professional will assist in managing the golf facility in an efficient, high-quality, service-orientated manner. This position will report to the Director of Golf and General Manager.
Year Round Position (52-week position)
Annual Salary Range $50,000 - $55,000
Potential Lesson Income $6,000 - $11,000
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Must partner with management to promote and operate facility in a way to drive revenue.
1-2 years golf industry experience preferred
Leadership skills; the ability to lead people
Strong customer orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Basic computer proficiency and skills
PGA apprentice or member preferred
Municipal, Private, Semi-Private golf course experience
High Volume Golf Facility Experience
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Member and Guest Engagement - monitoring needs and supporting a first-class experience
Support Wynstone event calendar (set up, organizing, running all aspects of events)
Strong focus on Merchandising for golf shop (including coordinating Special Orders)
Run shop sales counter (answering phones, running POS, greeting members and guests)
Assist with Junior Golf
Assist with PGA Jr. League
Assist with Demo Days and Member Clinics
Assist in running and organizing Outside Operations
Assist in running and organizing Caddie Operations
Working closely with other assistants to keep an updated, organized and clean shop
Opening and Closing Duties per golf pro schedule
Strong organizational skills.
High level of accountability with a desire to learn and grow within the golf industry.
