Travel & Expense: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports through Concur. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and team events. Global Collaboration: Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent support coverage and contribute to a culture of teamwork. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Senior or High-Level Executives. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook and experience with Concur (Travel and Expense). Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ten-key by touch; phone/voicemail systems; computer literate in Word, Outlook and Excel and ability to learn and utilize an Enterprise System Software Package. Valid driver's license.
