The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small-business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management and private equity. The ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years minimum experience in an office clerical setting and prefer with background in auto finance/payment processing/research. As an Auto Citation Processor, will be handling citations for lease account customers (parking tickets/red light violations/toll road charges). Will research tickets through issuing agent web sites, follow matrix by state and age of ticket to determine disposition, will bill customer accounts for tickets, issue checks to municipalities, generate letters, perform research on customer inquiries/disputes.
