About the Role: As a GraphicDesigner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms. Your primary objective will be to create compelling and innovative designs that effectively convey our message and engage our target audience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop visual assets that align with strategic goals and brand guidelines. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, attractive visuals. Ultimately, your work will enhance brand recognition and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and communication efforts.
Position Overview:
The Graphicdesigner will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers while enhancing brand identity. Will use design software to create images and layouts for a variety of media, including print, web, and social media.
Responsibilities
Branding: Create and maintain brand identities, including logos, typography, and color palettes
Design: Create layouts and production designs for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports
Packaging: Design product packaging
Develop and produce high-quality graphicdesigns for digital and print media, including logos, web graphics, packaging, and brand identity materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Maintain consistency in design and brand standards across all visual communications.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.

Skills and knowledge
5 years' experience as GraphicDesigner
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sora for AI videos, and Adobe animate or blender
Must have a knack for creating inviting color schemes, choosing or creating eye-catching fonts and knowing how to catch people's attention with their work
Knowledge of color, composition, and typography
Ability to use design software programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
Artistic ability and creativity to develop visual concepts
Help make design choices, such as fonts and colors, for all content your company will use
Excellent communication skills - The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
Work with other creative team members to produce content and see projects to completion
Design process
Discuss and determine project scope with sales, product development and marketing team
Select colors, typefaces, and other elements
Use software to create visual designs that reflect the brand or the client's preferred style

The opportunity:

We have a unique opportunity for a Junior GraphicDesigner to work closely with our Art Director. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of artistic vision, technical skill, and a deep understanding of branding principles and strategy. The Day-to-day
Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Account teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for various marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, social media graphics, advertisements, and event materials.
Translate complex ideas and messaging into visually compelling designs that resonate with the higher education community and align with client objectives.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design projects while also exploring innovative approaches to elevate brand identities.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphicdesign, particularly within the higher education sector.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and other members of the creative team to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement and achieve desired outcomes.
Present design concepts and solutions to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
About You
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics, able to generate innovative ideas that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project requirements and deadlines.
