Qualifications Primary Duties: - Contacting customers through a variety of methods, to include email, form letters, and calls to negotiate payments and resolve billing accounts - Handle unresolved inquiries and issues - Prepare and submit reports for proposed payment methods - Research and document information with regard to status, and conversations regarding billing Requirements: - At least one year of medical related experience- medical office, or customer service related is required as well as strong communication skills - Good data entry skills - The desire to help others Candidates must be able to meet with our office this week at our Cool Springs location, and must be available to interview with Client Company at our office the following week either Wednesday April 13th or Thursday April 14th.
