The company itself has great culture and values
The managment in the Land department is not consistent with the company's culture. Coomunications and working relationships are tainted by the toxicity funneling from the manager of the department. Employee turnover resulting from managment failures will continue as the company continuosly fails to address the blatant disregard for employee well-being.
Having co-workers who share the same negative experience with management. This allows for work to continue and maintain some sense of sanity
