    Under close supervision, the QHSE Advisor I will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. The QHSE Advisor I will inspect working conditions of all Business Unit operations to ensure compliance with the occupational safety and health regulations and will make recommendations to management team when identifying gaps or deficiencies. This position requires the person to work in both office locations and outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including precipitation, cold / heat, high wind, and turbulent conditions. The QHSE Advisor I will be regularly exposed to the typical conditions of the local area where operations occur. The QHSE Advisor I must work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others including coworkers and third parties. They must be able to work closely with others and under time-sensitive deadlines including potential emergency response situations. They must be willing to work extended schedules that will include working days; and frequent nights, weekends and holidays. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that Ranger Energy Services meets all compliance standards set forth by local, state, and federal agencies Assist in completing customer QHSE program questionnaires and attend customer audits Monitor, promote, and ensure compliance of QHSE regulations and encourage safe working practices Report, document, communicate and correct obvious hazards immediately or in a timely manner as appropriate for the situation Conduct onsite documented field audits to assess safety of the well site, employees work practices/ habits and equipment defects and or condition (i.e. compressed cylinders, electrical issues, defective parts, environmental issues, labeling etc.) Act as a point of contact in the emergency response notification process and ensure proper communication involves all company representatives that should be involved in the matter Ensure incidents are managed according to the best course of action necessary to stabilize the circumstances based on facts and in consideration of Company practices Assist in incident investigation processes, including Behavior Justification© investigations to determine causal factor(s) and make recommendations for corrective actions collectively with the management team Facilitate medical treatment and drug screening for work related incidents using discretion with handling the confidential nature of information made available during the treatment and screening process Coordinate between supervisors, HR, Risk Management and the employee any modified duty and return to work programs Facilitate training classes for required safety courses in the field and maintain employee-training records Work closely with location management, supervisors, and safety personnel to assess, identify, develop and implement new and revised safety and operational policies/procedures and training. As an Mechanic II- Frac, you will diagnose and perform complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on company assets, including DOT and Completions Services equipment. Responsibilities What You'll Do: ️ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on DOT and Completions Services equipment according to company standards and timelines️ Accurately document maintenance activities, failures, and repairs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)️ Identify, order, and replace parts and equipment as needed️ Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues️ Conduct routine tool and equipment inspections, ensuring cleanliness and functionality️ Support and assist lower-level Mechanics in completing repairs and maintenance tasks Qualifications About You (Qualifications & Experience) We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team.
