Nothing! A loathsome company to do business with/for in any capacity!

I was solicited by a Shahid MB back on July 1, 2024 to submit my Resume and then set up for me a Zoom call with Ajay Gupta, a supposed Senior Engineer, in which I apparently hit all the high notes for him, and soon afterwards was provided a contract to sign and submit to the company along with my SSN, Bank account information and routing number. But for some strange reason, when I was having problems submitting the requested information, this Ajay Gupta came up with a lame excuse saying that the client had not decided to go, but gave me no further explanation. Prior to this, I had asked him to find out why any travel reimbursement was to be included as my pay, which is illegal, he assured me he would get back to me, and never did. He has failed to respond to at least 3 emails, 2 phone calls and texts to 248-761-3709, and this is how a "professional" treats a fellow professional that he had solicited to perform work for RGBSI??? Also, his daily rate of $400/day is an insult to both me and any other seasoned environmental/sustainability professional/auditor. Stay away from these unprofessional people - the lot of them!

Have them own up to their faults, and treat everyone they retain with the dignity and respect they deserve!

I had all my answers ready for the Zoom call. With over 45 years in the business, I don't need much prep.

The compensation I was offered was an insult - $400/day is well below the industry standard.

Everything. Negative, Fearful environment. If you wish to experience FEAR this is the place to be. If you wish to lose your SELF RESPECT this is the place to be. If you wish to lose your SLEEP this is the place to be. Management is very good in creating a FEARFUL environment constantly talking about your mistakes. No matter how good you perform you will be reminded of the mistakes you might have done. Recruiters will be taught how to recruit by the management who have never recruited. You will constantly be pounded about submittals, breaks, etc.
