Practical and current technical understanding with ability to design complex, scalable Internet infrastructures then mentor and code alongside developers to implement.

Effective experience in offshore software development. Have established and managed development teams in India, Israel, Bulgaria and the Philippines.

Experience of big data and large scale processing. Was architect and developer of iVoteSports mobile and cloud application that aggregated baseball predictions and outcomes in a real-time sports game.

First start-up, co-founded Renaissance Automation (working with Kevin O'Leary of ABC Shark Tank fame) that created one of the original PC based map and route planning applications and was sold nationally by retailers including Walmart and Radio Shack.
