Dave Lawless is responsible for leading RapidRatings’ development center in Dublin, as well as working on creating new technology products and helping to expand the company’s international footprint.

Nitin K. Walia ensures RapidRatings’ client-centric focus, driving strategy to best serve our clients’ experience and growth. He brings expertise in strategy, quantitative analysis, and operations to his role as the head of Client Success, Private Data Operations & Analytics, the group of teams that deliver and support the Financial Health System and provide actionable insights. Together, these professionals partner with global firms to consult on the design, execution, and management of supplier and third-party risk management programs. Additionally, Nitin leads our Boston-area office.

Pete Tantillo is an accomplished technology finance executive who has been leading growth and profitability initiatives for over twenty five years. Prior to joining the team at Rapid Ratings in 2016, he was the CFO for two mid-sized private equity backed software companies.

Launched, re-started, and scaled customer-focused organizations in the US and EMEA, in new or evolving markets, for enterprise and SaaS software companies.

Helped make markets, and delivered multimillion-dollar new revenue streams for start up and accelerated growth stage companies that enabled rounds of funding from Tier One Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, and aided in successful exits.

Consistently delivered triple digit growth through improved pipeline predictability, increased ACV, shortened sales cycle times, and vastly improved retention rates by gathering and empowering passionate and talented people, with an obsessive focus on continuous training, and by aligning organizations tooth to tail (Marketing, Inside/ Outside Sales, Partnerships, and Services) around a key set of the customers’ critical business issues.

Drawn to a steep learning curve with diverse people and new experiences. Situational fluency in Financial Services, Life Sciences, martech, omni-channel measurement and optimization of digital media, big data analytics, and enterprise compliance solutions empowering both line of business and technology buyers.
