Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for Team Lead who will assist in the operation of the North Stafford store location. As a Team Lead you will assist in the supervision of the sales floor and processing department in absence of management, assuring goods are made available to the public in a clean, attractive environment with the best customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Behave as a model worker in terms of personal appearance, behavior, quantity, and quality of work done.
Maintain the 5 S standards and score requirements consistently.
Assure exceptionally friendly customer service.
Assure the visual appearance and cleanliness of entire sales floor, including replenishment of merchandise, display of merchandise and advertising signs are clean and attractive.
Assist cashiers with voids, refunds, change and X and Z readings as needed.
Assure the best quality merchandise, removing poor quality, damaged or aged merchandise from the sales floor.
Maintain safe shopping and working conditions throughout the sales floor, taking immediate actions to correct problems with fixtures and equipment and reports violations to Store Manager.
Adhere to security policies and enforces all security rules and regulations and report incidents to Store Manager.
Assist in any other store functions as needed to assure all work goals are met.
Reinforce cross training across store functions.
Keep store manager informed of problems and successes relating to the sales floor and processing department.
All other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years retail or related experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must complete all RGI Team Lead training programs.
Completion of all additional mandatory trainings will be required as outlined by your supervisor to retain this position.
Physical Demands:
Verbal and written communications, bending/walking/lifting to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
Retail Store environment, some outside.

**The Role**

Immediate Supervisor: Local Director, or if not available, State Director
General Responsibilities
The District Team Leader (DTL) will be responsible for working with churches in the Richmond area to find teens who are willing to attend Christian Youth in Action training and to lead 5-Day Clubs this summer. In addition, the DTL may assist staff and volunteers with the oversight of the After-School Good News Clubs (GNCs) in the Richmond area. The expectation is that the DTL will work 20 hours per week.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Aggressively pursues the recruitment of teens (ages 13 - 18) to participate in
Christian Youth in Action
(CYIA) to prepare them for conducting
5-Day Club
ministry.
2. Assists in establishing
5-Day Club
locations in churches, backyards, community centers and/or parks.
3. Promotes the ministries of
CEF
by following up with contacts and churches.
4. Expands the ministry through raising financial support for the ministry.
5. Works in the Richmond and surrounding areas to establish a team of CYIA teens to help do the ministry.
6. Ensure that all activity reports are forwarded to the local directors office by the 4th of the month for the month prior.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visit all chapter Good News Clubs at least twice a school year and assist in ensuring Child Protection Policy compliance of all workers.
Be available to help new teachers start their clubs: make principal visits, consult on ordering curriculum, and help resolve problems.
Update the Local Committee and Local Coordinator regularly on ministry status, concerns, potential problems, keeping excellent documentation on all school-related and volunteer matters.
Be involved in chapter and personal fundraising (assist in writing the chapter newsletter, help establish connections with new and existing donors, and participate in fundraising events throughout the year).
Support ministry activities through teamwork, taking the initiative on tasks, and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Perform other duties as requested by the Local Committee.

The Sr Lead AI Technologist will report to the SR DIR AUTOMATION LAB. The AUTOMATION LAB team will identify, design, develop, and implement AI solutions to transform and drive continuous improvements across business processes and ways of working within the AGT organization.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Work with broader AUTOMATION LAB Team to identify high impact opportunities where AI technologies can streamline existing processes and improve outcomes - speed, level of effort, cost.
+ Help to reengineer and optimize existing workflows by integrating AI technologies into core processes and workflows.
+ Partner internally to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, automation tools, and Agents to ensure solutions are scalable, robust, secure and adhere to governance.
+ Collaborate closely with IT, Data Science, Operations, and Business Analyst teams to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into the existing technology stack.
+ Act as a change agent in AGT for AI-driven workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop communications plans and training programs to help employees adapt to the new tools and processes.
+ Help to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI initiatives on business outcomes.
+ Uphold responsible AI practices by ensuring solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and fairness
+ Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices. Continuously research and evaluate new AI developments (such as advanced machine learning algorithms, generative AI, etc.) for potential application in the company
+ Regularly report progress of AI initiatives to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Communicate successes, lessons learned, and opportunities in a clear, non-technical manner.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience and expertise. Master's or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
+ 10 years of experience in roles involving technology-driven process improvement, with at least 1-3 years in AI/ML projects or digital transformation initiatives
+ Experience linking AI solutions to business strategy and demonstrating tangible business value (e.g., cost reduction, revenue growth, customer satisfaction improvements)
+ Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), including open-source and commercial offerings, and advanced prompt engineering.
+ Expertise in model optimization techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and pre-training.
+ Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, multi-agent systems (including control patterns), and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) is a strong plus.
+ Strong background in NLP, supervised learning, and deep learning, with a record of deploying impactful AI/ML solutions at scale.
+ Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Huggingface.
+ Capable of being involved in multiple projects in parallel using agile or hybrid methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to deliver complex projects on schedule.

**Compensation**

The Retail Team Lead supports retail store management in maintaining a high standard of customer service, well-trained employees, and sales and production through assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Goodwill Store. Essential Functions:
1. Review and approve payroll.
2. Communicate attendance to store management team.
3. Cash handling and reconciliation.
4. Coaches retail team members.
5. Receive and process donations.
6. Operate and supervise the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, trash compactors.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Support the mission and vision of Goodwill Industries of Northern Michigan.
2. Perform work in a safe manner by observing all Goodwill safety policies and procedures.
3. Interact with all Goodwill team members, clients, and customers in a professional manner.

As a Team Lead you will assist in the supervision of the sales floor and processing department in absence of management, assuring goods are made available to the public in a clean, attractive environment with the best customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Behave as a model worker in terms of personal appearance, behavior, quantity, and quality of work done.
Maintain the 5 S standards and score requirements consistently.
Assure exceptionally friendly customer service.
Assure the visual appearance and cleanliness of entire sales floor, including replenishment of merchandise, display of merchandise and advertising signs are clean and attractive.
Assist cashiers with voids, refunds, change and X and Z readings as needed.
Assure the best quality merchandise, removing poor quality, damaged or aged merchandise from the sales floor.
Maintain safe shopping and working conditions throughout the sales floor, taking immediate actions to correct problems with fixtures and equipment and reports violations to Store Manager.
Adhere to security policies and enforces all security rules and regulations and report incidents to Store Manager.
Assist in any other store functions as needed to assure all work goals are met.
Reinforce cross training across store functions.
Keep store manager informed of problems and successes relating to the sales floor and processing department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years retail or related experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must complete all RGI Team Lead training programs
Completion of all additional mandatory trainings will be required as outlined by your supervisor to retain this position.
Physical Demands:
Verbal and written communications, bending/walking/lifting to 50 pounds.
