the leadership team is toxic. Boys club. Inside clicks in the upper management circles. Keeps the "respect" from happening. Everything that Dan, Matt and Sean said about love, respect and fun - went out the window when it came to profit margins.
I thought it was going to be an industry changing position to assist in managing veterinary hospitals. I was wrong.
I don't. It feels as if it was all a lie.
Replace all of the Directors in upper management. Let go of the Cheif experience Officer.

Working with the practice managers and knowing I have helped them and made a positive impact on their careers.
Rarebreed is a joke to work for. They say there main focus are the employees and the patients which is not true at all. They currently have unlicensed,untrained and uneducated people working at there facilites and patients have died because of this. It is a shame that a million dollar business allows this to happen.
