Cons of working at Rarebreed Veterinary Partners

the leadership team is toxic. Boys club. Inside clicks in the upper management circles. Keeps the "respect" from happening. Everything that Dan, Matt and Sean said about love, respect and fun - went out the window when it came to profit margins.

Pros of working at Rarebreed Veterinary Partners

I thought it was going to be an industry changing position to assist in managing veterinary hospitals. I was wrong.

What do you like best about Rarebreed Veterinary Partners's CEO and the leadership team?

I don't. It feels as if it was all a lie.

How would you improve Rarebreed Veterinary Partners's culture?

Replace all of the Directors in upper management. Let go of the Cheif experience Officer.

How did you prepare for the Rarebreed Veterinary Partners interview?

Friend of a friend - that is how it starts, if you know somebody and you are in the cool group you are in.
