Human Resources Generalist - Primary Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:
Provide day-to-day HR coordination for employees benefit activities: answer questions, set up benefit processes such as new hire and open enrollment, qualifying event changes, beneficiary designations and terminations.
Coordinate and monitor leave of absence programs including parental leave, FMLA, short/long term disability and the workers compensation program. Ensure leave eligibility and appropriate return to work.
Coordinate various employee events, recognition activities and surveys
Develop/source, present and track various training programs.
Participate in reviewing, developing and updating employee communications, policies, handbook and various plan documents.
Assist with recruitment activities including attending college recruitment events as needed.

Requirements:
Human Resources Generalist - Skills and Requirements:
Candidates must have a BA/BS degree, preferably in Human Resources from an accredited college or university.
0-2 years of experience in a mid-sized company or prior internship experience preferred.
Basic understanding of employee benefits (health, welfare, retirement) administration and compliance requirements.
Prior experience coordinating and conducting training sessions preferred
Prior recruitment experience is preferred.
Experience with Paylocity and Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.

Requirements:
Structural Engineering Project Manager - Skills/Requirements:
Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering from a U.S. accredited college is required.
Masters of Science degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university is preferred.
Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in structural design of buildings and related structures.
Professional Engineer Licensure required. Illinois Structural Engineer Licensure preferred.
Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs.
Working knowledge of Revit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Applicable U.S. based work experience.

Civil Engineer - Site Design - 2-5 years experience - Primary Responsibilities:
Pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, preparation of site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, and utility plans.
Performance of hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and preparing stormwater management plans and reports.
Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Civil Engineer - Site Design - 2-5 years experience - Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university.
EIT certification or Professional Engineering licensure is highly preferred.
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in design of site related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development/redevelopment projects.
Experience in water distribution and sewer collection systems design, parking lots and roads, erosion and sediment control, from initial project planning through construction.
Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills.
Have excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology and hydraulics software, and Microsoft Office.
Applicable U.S. based work experience.
