EIT certification or Professional Engineering licensure is highly preferred. At least 2 to 5 years of experience in design of site related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development/redevelopment projects. Experience in water distribution and sewer collection systems design, parking lots and roads, erosion and sediment control, from initial project planning through construction. Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills. Have excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and be a team player. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology and hydraulics software, and Microsoft Office. Applicable U.S. based work experience.
