Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing HERS ratings specifically for multifamily buildings; ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction Verifier certification; Certified Phius Verifier certification; Proven track record of successfully guiding projects through all development phases; HERS Multifamily Certification from an accredited HERS Rating Provider in good standing; High proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications; Expert proficiency with Ekotrope energy modeling software specifically on multifamily projects; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed; Physically able to access crawlspaces, attics, other tight spaces, and climb ladders/ stairs, go on flat roof tops.
