PLEASE NOTE: The hiring range applies to US-based employment and may be higher in certain US geographic locations.

We're looking for an experienced, performance-driven digital experience professional to join our growing digital experience team. In this new conversion rate optimization role, you will have the opportunity to develop robust conversion rate strategies and plans that help drive acquisition and engagement. The specialist will work in a cross-functional environment, leveraging his/her creative problem solving and analytical skills to help meet business objectives and the needs and expectations of our users. You will have access to innovative optimization and web and behavioral analytics tools to help plan, execute and measure performance of optimization tests. Please note: We are hiring for two positions - one at level II and one at level III. Salary range for level II is $62,180.00 - 77,725.00 and level III is $83,770.00 - 104,710.00. This is a remote, US-based position.

What will you do?

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.Uphold and engage in Compassion's core Cultural Behaviors.Develop and execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) plans that drive incremental improvements to performance and digital experience.Own the end-to-end conversion rate optimization process (conduct research, generate insights, prioritize hypotheses, experiment, analyze).Utilize optimization, web analytics, behavioral analytics and voice of the customer tools (i.e.: Optimizely, Google Analytics 360, etc.) to find conversion opportunities and user pain points to solve. Develop a baseline for optimization metrics; analyzes performance and provides reports and analysis of outcomes and insights.Develop a deep understanding of our current and prospective supporters and their user journeys.Partner with cross-functional teams (front-end development, IT, user experience design, content/creative, data/analytics, etc.) to plan and execute optimization plans. What do you bring?
Bachelor's Degree3 years' conversion rate experience for the level II position and 7 years' experience for level III.Direct, hands-on experience with testing/optimization (i.e. Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, etc.) and web/behavioral analytics (Google Analytics 360 preferred) platforms.Understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices, trends, strategies and technologies. Experience with web languages (i.e. JS, HTML, CSS).Experience thinking analytically, making data-driven decisions, and translating findings into recommendations and hypotheses. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to plan and execute optimization efforts. Strong creative problem solving and ideation skills and experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication and project management skills. UX/UI design and personalization experience and skills is a plus.

Under general direction, is responsible for coordination of Historic and Design Review Commission (HDRC) cases, recommendations and meetings. Responsible for administration of public education initiatives, performing research, and working on special projects. May exercise functional supervision over assigned staff.

7:45 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Monday - Friday

Essential Job Functions

* Researches, collects, analyzes, and interprets data and summarizes data and develops recommendations.
* Responds to department requests for information, as well as from the general public.
