We're looking for an experienced, performance-driven digital experience professional to join our growing digital experience team. In this new conversion rate optimization role, you will have the opportunity to develop robust conversion rate strategies and plans that help drive acquisition and engagement. The specialist will work in a cross-functional environment, leveraging his/her creative problem solving and analytical skills to help meet business objectives and the needs and expectations of our users. You will have access to innovative optimization and web and behavioral analytics tools to help plan, execute and measure performance of optimization tests. Please note: We are hiring for two positions - one at level II and one at level III. Salary range for level II is $62,180.00 - 77,725.00 and level III is $83,770.00 - 104,710.00. This is a remote, US-based position.

What will you do?

Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.Uphold and engage in Compassion's core Cultural Behaviors.Develop and execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) plans that drive incremental improvements to performance and digital experience.Own the end-to-end conversion rate optimization process (conduct research, generate insights, prioritize hypotheses, experiment, analyze).Utilize optimization, web analytics, behavioral analytics and voice of the customer tools (i.e.: Optimizely, Google Analytics 360, etc.) to find conversion opportunities and user pain points to solve. Develop a baseline for optimization metrics; analyzes performance and provides reports and analysis of outcomes and insights.Develop a deep understanding of our current and prospective supporters and their user journeys.Partner with cross-functional teams (front-end development, IT, user experience design, content/creative, data/analytics, etc.) to plan and execute optimization plans. Coordinate the implementation of winning experiments with front-end development and IT teams.

What do you bring?
Bachelor's Degree3 years' conversion rate experience for the level II position and 7 years' experience for level III.Direct, hands-on experience with testing/optimization (i.e. Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, etc.) and web/behavioral analytics (Google Analytics 360 preferred) platforms.Understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices, trends, strategies and technologies. Experience with web languages (i.e. JS, HTML, CSS).Experience thinking analytically, making data-driven decisions, and translating findings into recommendations and hypotheses. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to plan and execute optimization efforts. Strong creative problem solving and ideation skills and experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication and project management skills. UX/UI design and personalization experience and skills is a plus.

Under general direction, is responsible for coordination of Historic and Design Review Commission (HDRC) cases, recommendations and meetings. Responsible for administration of public education initiatives, performing research, and working on special projects. May exercise functional supervision over assigned staff.
Work Hours

7:45 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Monday - Friday

Essential Job Functions

* Researches, collects, analyzes, and interprets data and summarizes data and develops recommendations.
* Responds to department requests for information, as well as from the general public.
* Coordinates administration of HDRC cases, case recommendations,

meeting agendas, packets, HDRC sub-committee and on-site meetings, as needed.
* Creates, plans, and coordinates special events and educational outreach programs, including negotiating with vendors and venues and advertising and promoting these.
* Manages projects to completion with supervision.
* Communicates through various methods within the department and to the public.
* Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
* One (1) year of experience in urban planning, historic preservation, customer service, or related field.
* Valid Class "C" Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Historic Preservation, Architecture, or a related field.
* Experience in architectural design or design review.
* Experience in the treatment of historic properties.

* Knowledge of preservation/conservation technology; ability to offer technical assistance to applicants and to students participating in hands-on preservation training.
* Skill in utilizing office equipment and associated software programs.
* Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and field notes, to include architectural drawings.
* Ability to prepare and conduct presentations.
* Ability to communicate effectively.

AMERISAFE is seeking a detail-oriented, productivity driven professional to add to our "Excellence Team" based in DeRidder, LA. In this position you will be responsible for filing rate, rule and form fillings as required by: preparing, working with actuary, submitting and responding to any inquiries/objections from insurance departments regarding product filings. Compilation and maintenance of all correct filing forms required for the respective state in which filings are made and data that is needed to complete rate, rule and form filings. Maintain, evaluate, and update state algorithms, as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Policy and rate filing process from beginning through completion.

+ Communication of rates and rule filings to key stakeholders accurately, professionally and in a time sensitive manner.

+ Research and review of state and federal insurance laws, keeping current with changes and properly communicating such.

+ Compilation and communication of detailed data and analysis to support rate filings.

+ Strong professional communications-written and verbal with internal and external customers.

+ Ability to gain mastery of filings systems and processes, as well as proprietary company computer systems.

+ Demonstration of key analytic concepts and the ability to use a variety of methodologies to support recommendations.

+ Maintenance and cataloguing of filing records / state logs.

+ Maintenance of the States table concerning cancellation requirements and communicate changes.

+ Conducting a variety of analytics, research, and reporting on multiple systems for required state and federal needs.

+ Knowledge of calculations of Workers Compensation estimated annual premium, reporting rates, schedule rating, upset values, short-rate penalties and prorating.

+ Creating and keeping current accurate calculations, reporting and analytics.
