Our employees are tasked with working on team-building projects through the picking, packing and shipping process of online orders, as well as packing the hundreds of loose leaf teas in our catalog. Responsibilities Processing, picking, and packing daily ecommerce orders. Processing tea and managing inventory. Assist in periodic warehouse wide inventory counts. Assist in checking in and accounting for inbound shipments - Lift and carry 50+ lb. boxes Ensure that workspaces are clean and tidy.
