What You'll Do
: As an Ag Marketing Underwriter, you will look at Ag properties alongside an agent before the policy is bound. You will be responsible for exercising underwriting judgments to determine rate and risk selection for the Ag line business. This includes making modifications, rejections, cancellations, and non-renewal decisions in accordance with our policy. You will also monitor the current book of business to reduce the company's losses. In this position, it is important to have marketing, agriculture and insurance experience so you can build rapport with our client/members. As an Ag Marketing Underwriter, you will be working from home and have control over your territory to grow Ag business. You will cover and must reside in the Central Nebraska territory.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
· College degree or equivalent plus 1+ years of relevant insurance experience required. Ag/farming experience is preferred.
· Strong customer service skills are required, including solid verbal communication and business professional writing skills. Must maintain a positive, customer focused attitude at all times.
· Must have excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
· Strong computer skills are required to quickly learn our multiple systems.

As a Grounds Technician with Willowick, you will ensure the property is well maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds and amenities. You will also provide support to the service team members as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Examines the property to remove litter, debris, and other items ensuring the area is always clean and orderly
Inform appropriate contacts and supervisors of any potential hazards and other harmful situations to residents, team members, and guests
Remove trash debris from apartments prior to the occupancy as well as clean and maintain the areas as needed
Complete minor and routine service requests and assist other members when needed
Support cost-cutting and expense control programs by verifying parts are up to standards for repair rather than a complete replacement when possible
Attentive to questions from other service members as well as residents, responding in a respectful manner to complaints about maintenance services, and assign work requests according to urgency and efficiency
Distributes communications and other information to residents
Ensure safety information is current and readily accessible while keeping up to date on all OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements to ensure compliance
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
One or more years of related experience preferred
Driver's license to operate machinery in property
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, organization, and strong multitasking abilities
Work indoors approximately 80% of the time and outdoors approximately 20% of the time
Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses
Work standing all day
Lift 25 lbs. or more
Climb up and down stairs and ladders
Access remote work areas and confined spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, roofs)
Use full range of manual dexterity (i.e., sitting, squatting, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting)
Meet the shift working requirements of the assigned property; shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Job Summary
Responsible for the strategic development and administration of contracts with State and/or Federal governments for Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and other government-sponsored programs to provide health care services to low income, uninsured, and other populations.

Reviews Provider Agreement, EOC/ Member Handbook, Provider Directory, marketing materials, and other contract reporting deliverables for compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements prior to submission.
Assesses information received from government contracting agencies and regulators and disseminates to impacted Plan staff.
Participates in meetings related to Molina government run programs with State agencies and Molina Corporate departments and disseminates relevant information to staff and management.
Oversees/maintains the department's documentation and archive system, ensuring submitted reports are archived for historical and audit purposes. Ensures system is updated and complete.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
3 years' experience in a managed care environment.
Experience demonstrating strong: communication and presentation skills; analytical/reasoning ability; detail orientation; organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in compiling data, creating reports, and presenting information, using Crystal Reports (or similar reporting tools), SQL query, MS Access, and MS Excel.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
