Raw Thrills Leadership

Andrew Eloff is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Raw Thrills, the leading designer and manufacturer of simulators and arcade games, which he co-founded with Eugene Jarvis in 2001. Mr. Eloff is responsible for all Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality functions of the company. To date, Raw Thrills has developed and manufactured over 190,000 game machines that have grossed well in excess of $US 10 Billion in plays. Raw Thrills games are localized and exported to almost every nation.

At Raw Thrills, Mr. Eloff directed the development and production of the Fast & Furious​ driving games, Jurassic Park Arcade, Space Invaders Frenzy, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Nerf Arcade, Guitar Hero Arcade, slither.io, Doodle Jump, World's Largest Pac-Man, and over 2 dozen other titles. Mr. Eloff also co-created Super Times Pay Poker, the most successful premium multi-hand video poker game in the world.

Mr. Eloff has managed successful development partnerships with such companies as Disney, Warner Brothers, Bandai Namco, IGT, and Konami. Under his leadership, Raw Thrills has developed and manufactured licensed product from Nintendo, Marvel, Microsoft, ESPN, Universal Studios, Bandai Namco, Taito, and many others.

Prior to starting Raw Thrills, Mr. Eloff worked as an Audio Development Engineer for Midway Games, Atari Games, and WMS Gaming. He developed sound systems for many popular games of the day, including Mortal Kombat 4, NFL Blitz, and NBA Showtime. Before that, he worked at Pioneer Electronics' Car Electronics Design Center in historic Kawagoe, Japan. While he was there he developed audio DSP algorithms and circuit designs for Lexus OEM sound systems.

Mr. Eloff holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He holds over 15 patents in the fields of audio engineering and gaming technology.

Joshua Sharpe is a Chief Financial Officer at Raw Thrills, Inc and is based in Skokie, Illinois. He has worked as Financial Analyst at ITW. Joshua studied at University of Illinois Urbana Champaign between 1997 and 2002.
