Job Description
The HVAC Sales Representative plays a key role in driving the growth and profitability of our service business. This role is focused on building new customer relationships, selling renewable maintenance agreements, and positioning our company as the trusted partner of choice in the Columbus market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and qualify new customer prospects through disciplined sales processes, networking, and market awareness
Schedule and conduct sales appointments with prospective clients
Build and maintain a referral network to expand market reach
Conduct needs-based sales calls with facility leaders to identify HVAC and controls challenges
Propose tailored solutions that emphasize renewable maintenance agreements, digital service offerings, sustainability, and decarbonization
Present, finalize, and secure customer agreements while ensuring smooth onboarding and kick-off meetings
Maintain and extend service agreements, creating pull-through opportunities and supporting the collections process
Collaborate with management and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
Develop and execute territory-specific marketing plans aligned with company strategy
Track and report sales progress using CRM tools (e.g., BuildOps)
Qualifications
2-3 years of progressive sales experience (HVAC or plumbing service sales preferred)
Strong knowledge of building HVAC systems
Proven ability to sell service and maintenance solutions
Excellent presentation and communication skills for both individuals and groups
Exposure to sales methodologies and structured sales processes
High attention to detail with technical aptitude
Valid driver's license and ability to work in a field-based, multi-site environment

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Valuation Manager who is a strong communicator that will work, and travel to meet the needs of our client base in Cleveland, Ohio. Our Business Valuation Services team helps our clients find the value of their business and strategically plan for the future through a variety of valuation & transaction advisory services.
The Business Valuation Manager is responsible for leading, executing, and delivery of challenging valuation engagements by participating in all aspects of projects, from the initial proposal preparation, through project completion. In this role, the Manager is actively engaged in the management of business valuation assignments and managing staff in the development of such assignments.
Responsibilities
Performs related company, industry, and economic research
Analyzes client financial statements
Constructs financial models
Assesses operational profitability and financial conditions
Develops and reviews cash flow forecasts
Performs benchmark analysis
Documents and maintains all appropriate aspects of the work product
Composes narrative reports in support of valuation analyses
Prepares necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of complex issues
Ensures quality controls are adhered in association with all work products
Participates in internal and external client meetings
Assists and provides guidance to peers and staff members in the development of project plans and timelines for deliverables
Supervises the day-to-day workload of Senior Associates/Associates on assigned engagements and reviews work product. Responsible for ensuring associates are trained, evaluate performance and career development.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree, with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics
7-10 years of relevant experience is required
One of the following credentials in valuation: ABV, ASA, CFA, CVA
Demonstrated ability to network, market, develop leads and generate revenues
Experience with and understanding of valuation theory and principals
Experience in litigation support preferred:
Understanding of economic damage theories and performing and reviewing financial analyses
Ability to analyze agreements, contracts and legal documents
Familiarity with legal concepts and procedures
Ability to review and prepare reports of findings, present conclusions and testify as needed
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and research skills including - research market data, including industry dynamics and financial and economic data
Proven ability to work in deadline driven environment
Solid organizational skills with the ability to focus on multiple projects and meet various deadlines
Travel requirements: 10-15%

The Senior Audit Associate is responsible for utilizing his or her educational background as well as communication and organizational skills by assisting with the preparation of financial statements with disclosures, applying basic areas of GAAP as necessary, documenting and research. This position will focus on Assurance.
GAAP

The Client Relationship Coordinator (CRC) is a primary relationship partner for assigned managed services clients. This role focuses on building trust, understanding client business goals, and ensuring clients are connected to the right technical experts to use technology effectively and securely.
The CRC does not “fix technology” directly. Instead, they own the client experience, translate business needs into actionable technical conversations, and coordinate with Rea Information Services technical teams to deliver solutions that help clients operate more efficiently, reduce risk, and plan for the future.

Partner with service delivery leadership to address service quality concerns
Support renewals and contract changes in coordination with leadership
Growth & Engagement Responsibilities
Identify opportunities where additional services or projects may benefit the client
