Oversight activities include but are not limited to trade review, FINRA rule 3010 email review, advertising review, FA/client operational troubleshooting, new account and application review, annuity review, securities receipts review, cash deposit review, and outgoing/LOAs review. Responsible for ensuring any identified policy violations or branch deficiencies are addressed with the branch and fully remediated. Travel to branch locations to perform required annual Branch Manager Supervisory Visits. Works independently on difficult assignments that are broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity with some latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex issues. Serves as the face of the organization and advocate for the branches they oversee. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for supervision oversight and ensuring adherence to firm and regulatory policies and procedures. Perform reviews of client accounts and documents submitted by the branch. Educates branch staff associates. Escalates concerns to senior management and may propose new policies or procedures regarding risk, adhering to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Review and analyze monitoring reports and systems for suspicious/unusual patterns and follow-up with appropriate individual(s) for explanations and actions. Coordinates registrations, continuing education, licensing, etc. of branch personnel. Oversees branch activities. Interfaces with specific business platform sales management associates to inform them of any supervisory concerns that may arise with branch offices and work together with them to address and resolve these concerns. Implements and enforces policies and procedures for all business platform branch office locations not currently staffed with a licensed and qualified branch manager by serving as the designated manager or branch manager delegate of these OSJ locations. Monitors and keeps up to date with securities/advisory regulations and applies them accordingly. Interprets, applies and recommends changes to organizational policies and procedures while adhering to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Handles all administrative matters in the hiring/termination of FA and their transition in and out of the branches. Monitors Supervisory Center alerts and handles any necessary follow-up. Researches and resolves complex problems relating to clients' accounts and inquiries. Identify needs of the team and find solutions to complex issues Communicates with the field regarding regulatory rules and firm policy changes. Serve as the face of the organization and advocate for the branches we oversee. Ensure any identified policy violations or branch deficiencies are addressed with the branch and fully remediated. FNB will not provide sponsorship for employment-based visas for this position; only candidates who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered.** Position Title:Manager of Business Systems Analysis Business Unit:Technology Reports to:Varies by Assignment Position Overview: This position will be responsible for managing and coaching/mentoring a team of application analysts primarily responsible for Branch Application technologies used across our 350 branches, spanning 7 states. Primary applications include ARGO Teller, Connects, Oasis and other branch technologies such as ATM/ITMs and TCRs. The Manager will be responsible for technical delivery - systems architectures and standards, oversight of development, development practices/documentation, data integrity and for ensuring that systems are secure, scalable, durable, and adequately supported. Primary Responsibilities: Uses expert level skills, an advanced understanding of Technology and business application functionality to deliver consistent results of technology projects and documentation. Troubleshoots escalated issues and works toward timely resolution of defects. Consults, develops and drives priorities for Technology and business product roadmap. Identifies and helps to solution gaps between application systems and the business product. Defines technical requirements, including consulting with other stakeholders within various areas of Information Technology, while overseeing the creation of technical test plans, development activities and reviews production changes that can impact the corporation. Works with management to set direction and tactical plans to meet strategic objectives and has independent decision-making authority. Oversee planning, scheduling, and assignment of resources and staff. Manages people and policies, allocates personnel and resources for given projects and assigns work. Works with other management to sets policy/standards within area, documents and ensures adherence to policy/standards. Has responsibility for performance evaluation, performance management and career development of assigned employees. Collaborates with management business partners in related lines of businesses. Interacts with Technology resources and internal customers including Operations, Project Management Office and lines of business management. Develops and maintains relationships with vendors. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. The Digital Solutions department serves as an escalation point throughout the bank for all Digital platforms. They collaborate with retail, sales, IT, compliance, and product teams to enhance digital solutions, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction while keeping abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and manage digital banking solutions for retail and commercial banking clients, focusing on functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital product offerings and implement process improvements. Lead the management and optimization of digital banking channels (e.g., online banking, mobile banking, and payments platforms) to ensure seamless, reliable, and secure experiences for both retail and commercial clients. Identify and prioritize new features and functionalities based on customer needs, business objectives, and emerging trends. Coordinate with leadership and project management teams to implement enhancements while maintaining system stability and security. Oversee the performance of digital platforms, using analytics tools to monitor uptime, transaction volumes, and response times, and troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed. Ensure proper communication is executed when issues arise within the Digital Platforms during business and non-business hours. Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs for the platform team. Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics across all active solutions. Manage relationships with third-party vendors for platform solutions, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met, and coordinating any system updates or new integrations. Work closely with compliance and IT security teams to ensure digital channels adhere to regulatory requirements, including user authentication, data privacy, and transaction monitoring standards. Supervise, support and coach team members to ensure quality standards and excellent service levels are maintained. Provides daily operational assistance and oversight for the team. Manages and assigns tasks to the Digital Solutions team. Monitors schedules, assigns tasks, reviews job performance, and makes authoritative recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, promotion, or termination of staff. Manages regulatory compliance for treasury products - includes but is not limited to: Monitors federal and state regulations affecting deposits & electronic products. Performs research, analyzes issues, evaluates alternatives resolving complex issues, implements and communicates new and/or revised policies and procedures. Performs internal departmental audits when necessary, identifying and resolving any issues and ensuring compliance with regulations is maintained on an ongoing basis.
