Qualifications: * Seven years experience leading a multi-unit retail environment. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales performance goals. * Excellent communication at all levels of the organization. Able to build effective relationships and provide feedback to others. * Able to learn, adapt and teach others how to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture. * Forward thinking and creative leader, capable of strategic planning. * Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail are required. * Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to learn proprietary programs. * Travel throughout the region, along with the flexibility to work a retail schedule, including events, weekends and holidays. * Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; certified enhanced career development; equivalent combination of education and experience.
