Raysut Cement Company put unqualified unexperienced people in senior positions due to the relationship to Senior Management which started the decline of the company. The company have statements Vision Mission and Values however they do not uphold these key business functions. The business has number of major equipment failings but no clear RCA to minimise reoccurrence. There is new Board of Directors appointed and I am sure they will turn things around.
No annual appraisals or Key Performance Indicators (KPI). If you upset close friends of Senior Management you are kicked out. Company has no Management ethos it operates blame culture. HR Head had no idea about how HR should function
