The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing assembly team that is involved with microelectronic components. You will have annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics.

What You Will Do
Manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, using a microscope to perform and inspect work

Follow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformances in FOS, and perform rework
Communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with the work assignments

What You Will Do
Troubleshoot STE including but not limited to Automation assemblies, electrical and RF pathways, mechanical and pneumatic assemblies. Perform troubleshooting of Power Supplies, O-scopes, Signal Generators, Power Analyzers, etc.
Evaluate failed electrical assemblies, products, components, and software - using test and measurement equipment to determine the root cause of failure down to the component level - with strong emphasis on evaluation hands-on experience.
Electronic troubleshooting through technical experience and knowledge - NOT through the use of pre-written step-by-step procedures
Strong sense of ownership and self-driven to meet or exceed deliverable expectations.
Work with senior Electrical Engineering, test technicians, and product Quality Assurance towards evaluating, repairing, and moving failed assemblies through established Repair & Return processes.
Read and interpret Assembly Drawings and Schematics
Maintain control of all Electro-static Sensitive Device (ESD) precautions and processes - ensuring full compliance to established ESD processes.
Support the culture of Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) Projects
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience
Experience testing or troubleshooting electronic assemblies

A strong body of research‑driven, customer‑centered design work that demonstrates success in informing and delivering on meaningful business outcomes (time to value, churn reduction, product adoption, active use, etc)

The CDNA uses information collected from a variety of sources to monitor network activity and analyze it for evidence of suspicious behavior. Our multi-disciplined Process Engineering team performs hands-on problem solving in a collaborative and fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are subject matter experts for processes and materials in a cleanroom environment which focuses on radiofrequency (RF) microelectronic packaging and surface mount technology. This hands-on role confronts new projects and challenges every day and requires cross-functional collaboration in both cutting-edge automation and mature production processes. We develop and implement materials and process improvements to our factory, while providing production support using a variety of analytical techniques, including statistical process control, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis. We perform the evaluation of materials, equipment, and processes (including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development) and interface with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
This is a weekend position.
What You Will Do
Support the Microwave Automated Factory (an ISO Class 8 clean room environment) in high-volume, high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
Support microelectronics assembly processes, primarily involving epoxy component attachment.
Work independently and within a team to troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement process improvements.
Perform material testing and process monitoring.
Communicate effectively within team and cross-functionally.
Ensure processes developed and executed meet product quality requirements (MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, etc.).
Ability to spend 9+ hours per day in a clean room environment, following clean room and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures.
Work on-site on “4/10 schedule” of Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 6 AM - 4 PM and fourth day can either be Thursdays or Mondays (candidate choice).
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
Experience with manufacturing.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Manufacturing experience with microelectronics.
Experience with operating and troubleshooting of automated dispense, inspection, and pick-and-place equipment.
Process development and qualification experience.
MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38534 familiarity.
Experience with product drawing translation to manufacturing process requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work with a team and be a strong individual contributor.
Demonstrated organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
Demonstrated proactive drive with ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, computer).
