You will provide financial decision support to stakeholders focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of CAS business area profit by managing financial requirements and program execution.
This role is intended to be performed in a hybrid format, with the individual splitting their time between our offices in Endicott, NY, and remotely. **Full-time remote work will be considered for qualified out-of-area candidates** . For those interested in working in a full-time remote capacity, the preference is for this individual to reside in a location that is in either the Eastern or Central time zones, given the regular need to interface with our parent organization in the United Kingdom.
**In this job, you will:**
+ Be responsible for the build-up of the CAS forecasted financial statements in support of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and the 5-year Integrated Business Plan (IBP)
+ Provide analysis of programmatic performance and evaluation of risks and opportunities to support the development of projected financial position.
+ Work independently, but in a cross-functional team environment.
+ Prepare and lead presentations to the Controls & Avionics Solutions Leadership team and others, including; ES Sector Finance team, CAS product line financial teams, contracts, operations and the engineering functions
+ Lead the development of Investment requirements for the CAS business unit and coordinate the tracking of investment spending
+ Support development of weekly status reports of financial performance, for review with the CAS leadership team and ES sector Finance to provide clear status on execution to the financial forecast
+ Prepare status reports and other program finance and administrative analysis and reporting.
+ Coordinate the audit deliverables of the FP&A organization

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ A bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
+ 6 years of professional, relevant work experience is required. (4 years of experience and a Master's degree would be considered, alternatively)
+ Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
+ Prior experience with Oracle Hyperion is required.
