This is a key role leading the Operations pillar on the Integrated Product Leadership Team (IPLT) to ensure successful execution of its contracts. This position involves supporting manufacturing activities and requires spending time in the Louisville, KY factories. As a Program Operations Manager (POM) you will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in technical, programmatic, and manufacturing leadership roles. Successful candidates will drive the overall manufacturing execution of the contracts, which is the primary interface between the Program Office IPLT and the factory leadership, responsible for communicating all requirements to various manufacturing sites. Results will be accomplished through leading, influencing and briefing all levels of the organization, including internal and external customers. This position involves direct support of manufacturing activities, partnership with Program Operations program peers within the Naval Strike Missile portfolio and requires spending significant amounts of time in and around factory areas.
