Maintain and update pricing within SAP, including support for one-off pricing requests related to quotes and individual part sales opportunities. Extract and analyze historical SAP data to identify pricing, margin, and process improvement opportunities. Ensure data integrity by monitoring reports and key performance indicators, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Document pricing methodologies, data processes, and analytical workflows; test and validate new or revised processes. What you will do: Work Onsite at our Foley, AL Facility Work 1st shift hours (6:30am - 3pm) Monday - Friday Count and verify parts against supplier packing slips and review for damage. Input updated inventory into databases. Store inventory in automated vertical systems using various software platforms. Perform SAP transactions for goods movements. Prepare and verify requisition of stock items. Fill tilt bins, kanbans and stocks parts at Point of Use (POU). Maintain awareness of production rates and part requirements. Work with Production Coordinators to support engineering changes to parts and BOM's. Collaborate with engineering and perform Order Bill Maintenance on BOMs. Update information to maintain accurate inventory records. Perform cycle counts and clipboard counts while making appropriate inventory adjustment. Conduct research in ERP systems to reconcile inventory discrepancies. Use lean manufacturing tools to improve processes. Issue planning documents to operators in a timely manner. Validate inventory against pick lists and issue parts to production orders within given lead. Support OTD & OTS on various production lines while managing appropriate inventory. Support Assemblers of large aircraft components with Ad Hoc requests. Attend and influence CORE events and obtain CORE Certification. Maintain Creform POU kit carts and build/modify as required.
