Must provide revision (or version) control of all test specifications, test procedures, applicable software or hardware and other documents to accept data and perform ENS functions. Must be capable of performing quality control self-assessments on the test lab areas. Must certify that the tests performed are in accordance with the specified requirements and to the best of their ability that the data obtained is an accurate representation of the test results.
