What You Will Do:
Review and approve suppliers' systems for chemical and metallurgical process control.
Conduct product and process reviews/surveillance at various suppliers.
Review and approve suppliers' metallurgical and chemical processes.
Actively participate in any chemical metallurgical issues/investigations at suppliers that could impact P&W.
Conduct training on P&W quality material control system requirements at various suppliers.
Participate in approval of engineering controlled processes for critical applications.
Partner with other P&W business units towards improving supplier overall quality.
Assist supplier with non-conformance documentation preparation and act as a resource/coach for related root cause corrective action investigations.
Interface with all levels of employees at suppliers.
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
Participate on various team audits and manufacturing process reviews.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

Degree in Material Science/Engineering.
Background in castings.
Testing and control of raw materials, finished product, and processing ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations.

The F135 Lighting Sustainment Center Team seeks an F135 Operations Center Analyst at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH, facility. As part of the F135 Sustainment Organization, the Lightning Sustainment Center and Operations Center are responsible for 24/7 propulsion system support and integration across the entire F135 value stream.
In this role, you will serve as an Operations Center Analyst, providing internal and external customers with advanced knowledge of the F135 propulsion system and its integration with F-35 tactical operations. Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the business cycles: current month, current quarter, current year, and 10 year plan (budget, QMI, LRF) for LME Engineering organization in Defense Engines. Explain KPIs measuring the performance in all areas of spending - mfg support, field support, R&D (CFD) and customer spend. Analyze the variance to forecasts and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed. Coordinate and communicate forecasts to team/management.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of Engineering charging practices and color of money to insure appropriate charges to customer contracts, company funded categories, investment, and overhead.
Facilitate/generate customer financial reporting per contract requirements. Coordinate generation of data for reports. Review reports with internal management.
Aware of government financial contract requirements to ensure compliance. Respond to customer financial questions/needs.
Use Lean principles to stream line processes.
Good understanding of systems: Clarity, Centerpiece, Spotfire
Support requests for data in support of internal business needs, customer requests, audits, and proposals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university
Minimum of 2 years of finance/accounting experience

The base pay range for this position is $100,000-130,000 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on January 16th.
