Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic procedures on patient using ultrasound waves to examine tissue and body structure, providing quality images for interpretation.
Sets up and adjust all equipment and manually maneuver transducers to perform exams.
Implement safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures.
Perform routine and complex studies and assist in a variety of imaging procedures.
Recognize significant structures, artifacts, pathology and equipment limitations.
Ensure equipment is properly functioning.
Report potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel.
Lock/tag out equipment if appropriate.
Ensure to prompt submission of high-quality of all images and documents sent to PACS (image quality, correct lead markers and patient data/history).
Assist in maintaining a clean, and orderly department to include procedure room, storage area, dressing room, film storage area and any other areas in department.
Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Nature & Scope:
The Specialty Nutrition Systems, Short-Term Feeding Account Consultant, is responsible for the positioning and selling of AVANOS Enteral Feeding related products within assigned facilities/departments. Specifically, CORTRAK nasogastric tubes and CORGRIP nasal secure devices in the Acute Care settings. Responsibilities include all technical (features, functions, benefits) and conceptual sales aspects of the CORTRAK and CORGRIP product portfolios including, but not limited to, the validation of AVANOS' cost/value proposition.
The CORTRAK (SOC) Account Specialist will work in conjunction with the Enteral Feeding Account Consultants and Region Sales Managers, to achieve Standard of Care (SOC) in every account, by leading the entire sales process from conception to execution to drive disposable/capital sales. The (SOC) Account Specialist will share the region's total quota for all SOC product categories.

Hospitals, C-Level, ICU physician and nurses, Nutrition, Risk Management.
The ideal candidate for the Specialty Nutrition Systems, Short-Term Feeding Account Consultant position, will utilize personal skills, product, and clinical expertise, to execute and lead a set process established by the Sales Director and VP of Sales. The Specialty Nutrition Systems, Short-Term Feeding Account Consultant will be responsible for a continued demonstration of sales expertise of appropriate skills and functions that include but are not limited to product presentations, clinical presentations, product pricing, sales territory management, internal and external communication, accurate sales forecasting/reporting. This sale requires capital and disposable goals, multiple stakeholder identification and systematic process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead collaborative implementation of sales activities to achieve CORTRAK Capital, disposables and CORGRIP SOC business objectives.
Active participation with the Director/Region Manager in the strategic and tactical planning process.
Forge strong relationships with Long-Term Feeding Account Consultants and Clinical Education Specialists to support growth.
Create and maintain relationships with key physicians, nurses, clinicians, department decision makers and/or administrators within assigned accounts or markets.

+ Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows up to 75% as required.

Is responsible for developing strategies to ensure client retention and growth through close interaction with the product, marketing, and services teams. **Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Achieve an annual Orders and Revenue Operating Plan including Profitability goals for the SEI business.
+ Navigate a complex sale, identify key stakeholders, and sell Cloud SaaS solutions.
+ Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, solution lines, markets, and competitors.
+ Prepare and execute strategic account plans and a territory plan.
+ Keep Salesforce accurate - leads, opportunities and forecasts.
+ Improve sales close rates and increase funnel in assigned territories.
+ Expand stakeholder relationships to include C-Suite, Service Line Directors, Clinical KOLs, and Purchasing.
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams like Finance, Product Management, Services, etc. to refine deal models, mitigate risk and achieve the broader organizational goals.
+ Continue to refine selling skills, technical (ex. Cloud) and clinical workflow proficiency across the SEI portfolio.
+ Proficiency in Strategic Selling concepts, and sales processes and tools.
+ Collaborates with the GEHC Enterprise Solutions / Care Pathways Team and other GEHC businesses (Imaging, Patient Monitoring etc.) to upsell & cross-sell SEI solutions.
+ Has in-depth knowledge of best practices clinically and technically, has working knowledge of Enterprise Imaging competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
+ Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
+ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead and team up in large projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelors & 5+ years Sales related experience in the Healthcare Industry
+ Enterprise Imaging IT (Radiology/Cardiology/Pathology etc.), Post Processing Imaging and AI apps knowledge.
+ Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows up to 75% as required.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ MBA degree from an accredited university or college
+ Direct or indirect management experience, preferably in a large company with a matrixed environment
+ 10+ years of healthcare software industry experience with proven sales track record
