Pros of working at RC Willey

Lot of room to increase work knowledge especially in a warehouse.

Management sucks at doing their job and just be lazy while getting after the handworkers.

Solid benefits, pay, and job security

Cons of working at RC Willey

Every manager is just waiting for their retirement, combined with favoritism, moving up to a decent point in the company is impossible providing you don't have the funds to move out of state, which is unrealistic. HR is unreliable for workplace issues.
