The Client Success Representative is responsible for leading client support across assigned client accounts, ensuring accuracy, speed, and responsiveness at every step of the order lifecycle. Serves as a subject matter expert and key liaison between Sales, Client Success, and Production teams, this role translates client needs into seamless production and delivery. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related client-facing role.
Order management experience in a Manufacturing, Printing, Financial, or related environment.
Advanced working knowledge of end-to-end client order processes across varying client types.
Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-oriented demeanor.
Self-motivated, proactive and team-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative approach to meeting client expectations and deadlines.
ERP experience required with respect to order processing, inventory management, status monitoring and receiving; SAP strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience in digital file navigation and document handling.
Experience in the card, payment or printing industries strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely details in accordance with EENYs design and project management standards used for the design of EENY systems and deliverables including proposals, financial documents, contracts etc.
Visit and communicate with clients as needed to ensure complete satisfaction
Prepare and present sales activity reports for all contact and opportunities
Coordinate project milestones from sales associate to project manager throughout all phases of the project.
Follow projects through to final adjustment and commissioning of installed systems
Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Manage all opportunities, accounts, and contacts in ConnectWise CRM database. Including architects, designers, general contractors, and clients.
Update information in CW and provide status updates at weekly sales meeting
Administer marketing initiatives such as outreach, mailers, e-mail campaigns, and direct client interactions.
Build new business by identifying possible leads, building, enhancing and developing new client relationships.
