Pros of working at RE/MAX

Other agents that work for the brokerage are also experienced. 95% commission split is nice.

Cons of working at RE/MAX

High monthly fees. You are on your own and everyone kind of does their own thing, works from home, and very little interaction with colleagues, office staff, broker, etc. Nobody cares if you sell 5 houses or 50 houses in a year because you pay the same monthly fee to the office and the company doesn't profit off of commission splits the way most brokerages do.

RE/MAX benefits

Control of your schedule and time, although I'd give a lot of that up if it meant feeling part of something.
