Manufacture batches per instructions. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts. Monitor batches through visual inspection and react appropriately to that inspection. The Opportunity
The Facility Laborer, internally referred to as a Reactor Operator, offloads and performs highly concentrated and potentially dangerous treatments on drum and bulk loads.

Key Responsibilities

* Completes daily checklist as required for proper operation of the reactor, this includes maintaining scrubber logs.
* Assures unit has daily maintenance duties performed and communicates any problems or issues with the reactor immediately upon discovery to management and maintenance
* Assures reactor is never operated in an unsafe manner or in a manner which is not consistent with Standard Operating Procedures and checklist parameters.
* Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements as well as scanning operations. All logs will need to be maintained according to site specific permits.
* Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures .
* Reviews all applicable SOP's and satisfactorily completes quizzes.
* Ensures, understands and has ownership for area specific permit required compliance standards.
* Always must work within laboratory prescribed treatment recipes. Must communicate any deviations immediately from permit required conditions.
* Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
* Understands Clean Compliance Standard.
