Summary/Objective: Primary job responsibilities involve service linkage and care coordination to assist individuals in addressing their behavioral health needs and tracking relevant health outcomes. School-based Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) Specialist is primarily school and community-based, providing support, case management, and service linkage within Boundless and outside providers that identify and address behavioral health needs, developmental issues, and barriers to care. School-Based TBS Specialists will work with individuals, parents/guardians, Boundless staff, and outside providers that support treatment and contribute meaningfully whole health outcomes of the individual served.
