Cons of working at Ready Mix USA

I worked at cullman plant watched same drivers get new trucks every 6 months they had a guy in the shop he treated the drivers bad talk to u any kind of way was reported instead of them fixing the problem they worry about who reported him there is to much favoritism also if u see a dirty truck that’s who works late most of the time the guys with new trucks left around 2 or 3 management only hears what it wants to hear if they don’t get rid of michael marks he gonna get them into some legal issues he cusses the drivers he talks down to them and management knows they just cover for him
