The Cost Accountant plays a critical role in supporting our US Warfighters and the AbilityOne program, contributing significantly to ReadyOne Industries' mission. This position is responsible for overseeing key aspects of costing and inventory, driving initiatives that uphold our commitment to excellence and strategic objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot the cost accounting system to ensure accurate costing and seamless integration with other ERP modules. Update and validate standard costs for manufactured parts, including rolling standards and ensuring the accuracy of the bill of materials to support accurate product costing. Coordinate with the supply chain department to process annual updates of standard costs for purchased parts (raw materials). Initiate and audit periodic cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of physical inventory. Conduct monthly reviews of ERP inventory reports, addressing negative inventory transactions and collaborating with production and IT teams to implement system enhancements for data integrity. Monthly review of production jobs to identify pending items/transactions preventing jobs from being closed. Work with production teams to fix exceptions and prepare jobs for closing. Review and analyze standard and actual costs for variances. Prepare reports explaining variances. Prepare and analyze periodic inventory reserves reconciliation. Analyze for risk and potential impairments. Take an active role in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring the accuracy of cost-related entries and supporting the annual financial audit with detailed reports. Assist with compiling and completing product pricing workbooks (Excel). Adapt to evolving business needs by performing additional duties, fostering collaboration across department to support cost accounting and strategic goals. Qualifications MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance. Experience: 5-8 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience utilizing an integrated ERP system. Specific Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the use of formulas and pivot tables. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, communicate finds effectively across teams, and develop practical solutions to improve costing processes. Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory, and cost accounting. Understanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to a manufacturing environment. The HS&E facility coordinator is responsible for growing the HS&E awareness throughout all of Hunting's divisions. This position is responsible for all assigned duties by the HSE Manager including the overall administration, technical guidance, and leadership in complying, interpreting, and implementing all regulatory requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environmental for the facility. The Facility Tech is responsible for working closely with the maintenance & facilities team to foster a positive attitude and support the company operations through effective scheduling and completion of submitted work order requests. The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for compiling and verifying data from vendor invoices and supporting documentation to ensure the accuracy of billing and confirm receipt of goods or services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the overall operation of the finance department. * Administrative and Clerical Duties: * File correspondence and maintain organized records. * Make copies of correspondence and other printed materials. * Perform general clerical duties as needed. * Be one in a group of individuals that assists in supporting the receptionist in answering phones periodically. * Invoice and Payment Processing: * Compare invoices against D365 and ensure all required documentation is present. * Contact vendors or buyers to resolve discrepancies or errors in invoices. * Prepare and process payments to authorize vendors. * Compliance and Collaboration: * Ensure accounting and reporting processes comply with internal control requirements and company policies. * Collaborate effectively with other members of the finance team to support departmental goals. * Respond to ad-hoc requests and demonstrate flexibility in completing various tasks. * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day function, operation, and maintenance, coordinating and determining the upkeep and/or repairs to equipment. The Project Manager will interpret the scope of a new contract as defined by sales and management, coordinate and manage projects from concept through completion, develop and maintain a baseline schedule, adhere to an established budget and interact with the customer on a regular basis. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the contract review once awarded. * Prepare Microsoft project schedules to define project scope deliverables. * Coordinate the following processes/departments associated with manufacturing operations: * Contact Review * Procedures and specifications * Document control * Data book Compilation * Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders * Production Scheduling * Arrange customer meetings to review schedules, issues, and action items. * Responsible for monitoring and reporting of all aspects of assigned projects to both internal and external customers.
