One Nevada is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill the full-time position of Bilingual-Spanish RealEstate Loan Officer. The RealEstate Loan Officer originates conventional and government realestate loans primarily through Credit Union sources. This position will also process up to half of their mortgage pipeline and be responsible for business development activity. The RealEstate Loan Officer interviews loan applicants, collects and analyzes information and determines which loan and financial products best meet the customer's needs and financial circumstances; processes all alternate documentation loans and business development. Only candidates meeting the specifications as noted will be considered.
This position requires thorough knowledge of established realestate quality control procedures, basic sales skills based in a professional environment, and credit laws pertaining to consumer and mortgage lending. Working knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and FHLMC to pre-qualify applicants is also required. Other necessary skills include use of mortgage lending software and operation of a personal computer. The ability to organize and prioritize work, communicate effectively, work effectively with co-workers and members, as well as examine documents for completeness and compliance with established policies is essential in this position. A high school diploma or GED equivalent, plus two years of government and conventional loan origination and processing experience is required, as well as one-year experience as a realestate loan officer is required. Anyone with experience and specified and who speaks Spanish and English will be considered.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a Buyer's Agent
