Key Responsibilities:
Transactional real estate work including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other real estate-related agreements.
Represent owners, developers, and investors in structuring and closing complex real estate deals
Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients, ensuring high standards of legal practice and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong knowledge of real estate law and related practice areas (financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, etc)
Excellent contract drafting and negotiating skills
Familiarity with real estate financing, land use, and zoning laws
In Good Standing with the Georgia Bar or ability to become licensed with the Georgia Bar via waiver or other admission

The Investment Associate will primarily support commercial real estate debt and equity originators and equity asset managers and will be involved in all aspects of the mortgage origination and equity acquisition process including underwriting, research, due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring, and closing. Financial modeling, investment analysis and preparation of internal investment memoranda are the core aspects of the job. The candidate will also participate in internal and external client meetings, presentations to senior management, and property/market tours.

Qualifications
A business-related Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic record and with a strong preference for a concentration in Finance or Real Estate. The candidate should have two or more years of real estate investment/underwriting experience preferably working for an institutional investment company, commercial lender, brokerage company, appraisal firm, or related commercial real estate firm. Proficiency in Argus and advanced modeling skills in Microsoft Excel is required.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Job Description
The Real Estate Global Debt Associate will be responsible for all investment activities including deal sourcing, evaluation, diligence, execution, and asset management. This is a high-impact role that offers the right candidate an opportunity to leverage RRS Group's integrated platform and resources while playing a critical part in the ongoing growth of the team and its commercial real estate portfolio.
Spearhead analytical and project support for all investment activities, including:
Constructing comprehensive financial models
Conducting rigorous sensitivity analyses
Performing in-depth comparable analyses
Executing discrete financial analyses
Overseeing financial and asset due diligence
Conducting thorough industry research
Execute property and market due diligence, including necessary travel
Actively participate in deal closings, with a focus on meticulous review and negotiation of legal documentation
Establish and maintain professional communication with external partners and due diligence advisors, including sponsors, brokers, attorneys, investors, and third-party consultants throughout the deal transaction process
Collaborate closely with the asset management team to rigorously monitor existing investments on an ongoing basis
Develop comprehensive and analytically sound investment committee memoranda
Provide critical support for the group's day-to-day operations, including:
Creating high-quality presentations
Developing complex Excel spreadsheets
Maintaining accurate databases
Fulfilling ad hoc requests with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a reputable undergraduate institution, with a strong preference for Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of substantive experience in real estate investment banking, commercial real estate lending/CMBS, principal investing, and/or brokerage
Demonstrated capacity to contribute significantly to strategic dialogues and collaborate effectively with investment teams, legal counsel, brokers, and borrowers
Proven ability to exercise sound investment judgment, including the critical skills to identify potential risks and devise solutions to complex challenges throughout all stages of a transaction
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of producing error-free work
Highly developed interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with external counterparties in a professional manner

The salary pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $115,000 - $130,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
