Responsibilities
As a Licensed RealEstate Salesperson with Kiley RealEstate Advisors, you will:
Represent buyers and sellers in realestate transactions, ensuring smooth and successful closings.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property values.
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
Create and execute marketing plans for listings, including professional photography, staging recommendations, and online promotions.
Draft and review purchase agreements, contracts, and related documents.
Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms.
Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
Stay current with local realestate market trends and regulatory changes.
