Real Estate Sales Agent
The Carolyn Young Team With Samson Properties
Real estate agent job in Frederick, MD
Job DescriptionReal EstateAgent - Team-Based Role with Systems, Support, and Standards
Ready to grow your realestate career inside a structured, high-performance team instead of trying to figure it all out alone?
The Carolyn Young Team at Samson Properties is expanding. We are looking for agents who want to operate within a true team model - where collaboration, accountability, and professional development drive long-term success.
This is not a solo-agent environment. This is a place for agents who want leadership, systems, and support - and who are willing to show up at a high level in return.
Why Agents Choose Our Team:
We've built our business around the idea that great agents perform best when they are supported by strong systems and surrounded by other driven professionals.
Our team provides:
• Consistent lead opportunities supported by training on how to convert them
• Hands-on coaching and accessible leadership
• Proven scripts, follow-up systems, and consultation frameworks
• CRM structure and performance tracking
• Administrative and transaction coordination support
• A collaborative environment where agents share knowledge and raise the standard together
We don't believe in “figure it out on your own.” We believe in plugging into a system that works.
What This Role Really Looks Like:
As a team agent, your focus is on client relationships, consultations, and contracts - while operating within our team systems and expectations.
You will:
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound opportunities
• Follow structured follow-up plans and maintain accurate CRM records
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations using team frameworks
• Show homes, host open houses, and guide clients through the process
• Negotiate contracts with leadership support when needed
• Work closely with our transaction team to ensure smooth closings
• Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
Success here comes from consistency, communication, and coachability - not just hustle.
Who Thrives on This Team:
We are looking for professionals who are:
• Licensed realestateagents
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Highly responsive and client-focused
• Comfortable following systems and using technology daily
• Strong communicators with solid time management
• Motivated to grow within a team structure rather than operate independently
• Willing to be held to performance and service standards
If you want complete independence with no accountability, this will not be the right fit. If you want to grow inside a proven framework with real support, you'll feel right at home.
What You Gain:
• A steady pipeline of opportunities
• Clear systems that remove guesswork
• Ongoing coaching and skill development
• Administrative and transaction support

Real Estate Sales Buyers Agent
The Mercy Lugo Struthers Team at Casals, Realtors
Real estate agent job in Arlington, VA
!
From Leads to Conversions: Stop Chasing Leads. Start Closing Deals.
Most teams brag about how many leads they hand out.
We train conversion. We measure results.
How is your business growing - and how are you tracking it?
How many leads are in your database?
How many are you adding on a weekly basis?
How many of those actually turn into meetings?
What's your appointment rate?
How often do you have strategy sessions?
How often are you securing buyer and listing agreements?
Out of every client you tour, how many write an offer?
Here's what life looks like for our agents:
Almost every lead becomes an opportunity - 9 out of 10 people we connect with book an appointment (89% Appointment Rate!)
Most appointments turn into real conversations - 8 out of 10 actually sit down with one of our agents (87% Met Rate!)
They know how to entice clients to take action - 2 out of 10 go on to make an offer with us (20% Conversion Rate!)
The hard truth: Most agents don't fail for lack of effort or even lack of experience. They fail because they're not given the system and accountability to succeed.
We don't “hope” our agents succeed. We engineer success by design with proven systems, elite training, and a full support structure that keeps you focused on growth.
Immediate Pipeline - Start strong with 50+ warm leads on day one, so you hit the ground running.
High-Intent Leads - Company-procured opportunities, including our exclusive Zillow Flex Partnership, delivering motivated buyers directly to your pipeline every month.
Onboarding Training: Your First 30 Days
We accelerate your launch with focused, practical training that gets you producing fast.
One-Week Crash Course - Everything you need to hit the ground running.
3x/Week Live Training - Intensive sessions to build confidence and sharpen skills.
Scripts That Convert - Learn proven conversations that create clients.
Objection Handling - Anticipate and overcome challenges with ease.
Personal Development & Mindset - Build the habits, focus, and discipline of top producers.
Ongoing Elite Training: What Matters Most
Our commitment doesn't stop after onboarding - we train and mentor continuously so you stay ahead in today's market.
Market-Driven Mastery - Weekly live deep dives into housing trends, pricing shifts, inventory changes, and buyer/seller behavior.
Daily Mentorship - Real-time feedback from experienced mentors and leaders.
Advanced Sales Skills - Ongoing roleplay, objection mastery, and conversion strategies.
Business Growth Coaching - Learn how to scale, systematize, and grow your realestate business long-term.
Mindset & Leadership Development - Continuous focus on personal growth, resilience, and leadership so you rise to the top.
Real-time feedback and coaching to sharpen your skills and keep you accountable.
Full Support Team - ISAs, TCs, Mentors, and a Broker all working with you, so you can focus on what matters most: closing deals and scaling your business.
If you're an experienced agent who knows you're capable of more but hasn't had the launchpad to prove it - this is it.
Stop collecting leads. Start leading closings. Apply today.
