A day in the life of our Agents often includes:
New business development via client outreach including cold calls (60+ calls per day), meetings and attendance at industry events
Advising clients in achieving their investment realestate goals pertaining to valuation, acquisitions and dispositions
Preparing analyses of clients' properties, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparables and research
Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends
Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals
Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, Letter-of-Intents and Purchase & Sales Agreements
Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of math, finance and/or accounting experience
Excellent problem-solving skills, sharp analytical/quantitative skills and ability to analyze large data sets and draw conclusions, with an eye for detail but focused on the ‘big picture'
Strong relationship building with proven experience of collaborating with others across functions, products, and locations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Execution-orientated and able to complete tasks independently
Ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously; must be comfortable with fast changing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
