    Wilson Community College is seeking a NC Real Estate Instructor responsible for delivering instruction of the North Carolina Real Estate Pre-Licensing, Post Licensing, and Continuing Education curriculum. The instructor will plan, develop, and teach courses in general real estate. Conduct subject area research, evaluate student progress, develop instructional plans, advise students, review, research, and request new materials, maintain records, and prepare a variety of reports as requested. Education and Experience Required * Associate degree or higher with an NC Real Estate License and be a NC Real Estate Commission approved Instructor. * Three years active full-time experience in general real estate brokerage, including substantial experience in real estate sales and at least one year of general brokerage experience in N.C. Preferred * Community College teaching or training experience preferred. * Experience with distance learning and/or alternate instructional delivery systems.
