Who You Are
We're looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their career.
Active and unrestricted realestate license
Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
Minimum of 1 year residential realestate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related realestate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a realestate capacity

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position resides in our Energy, Infrastructure, and RealEstate Division and will support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support for high voltage transmission line projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establishing trust and building the foundation for a long-term positive relationship between the client and landowner.
Making independent decisions in working with landowners and project stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
Coordinating meetings with landowners and appropriate project stakeholders on site or at mutually agreeable locations.
Explaining project scope, timelines, processes, contracts, financial agreements, and any other pertinent date to the landowner.
Providing regular status reports to the project managers on the status of land acquisition and permitting tasks assigned.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to buyers in Dane & surrounding counties, ensuring a seamless and positive home-buying experience each year
Assess clients' needs to develop personalized property search criteria that align with their goals
Accompany buyers on showings, offering insights and support to help them make confident decisions
Build a thriving realestate career through dedication, professionalism, and teamwork
Attract and engage new leads consistently to drive successful transactions
Plan and host impactful open houses that highlight property features and expand professional connections
Negotiate skillfully between buyers, sellers, and agents to achieve favorable outcomes
Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients throughout the process to deliver outstanding service
Partner with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings
Prepare accurate documentation, including representation contracts and purchase agreements, for legal compliance and clarity
Contribute to a collaborative team environment that enhances the client experience and supports shared success
Qualifications:
Active WisconsinRealEstate License, or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain one
Strong knowledge of Dane County and surrounding markets (or willingness to learn quickly)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and teammates
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems, email, and phone outreach to manage leads and follow-up tasks
Comfortable with in-person client meetings, property showings, and open houses
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Requirements:
You must be a currently licensed realestateagent ( We can help you get licensed )
You must have access to the MLS
You must have experience showing homes in the Janesville area.
You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
