The Opportunity
A premier New York City realestate law platform is adding an Associate Attorney to its administrative law and rent regulation practice.
This role is designed for an attorney with real DHCR and rent stabilization experience who wants substantive responsibility, litigation exposure beyond agency proceedings, and a long-term platform-without the pressure of bringing a book.

• Defending complex claims involving rent overcharge, succession, harassment, discrimination, and deregulation

• Advising on Rent Stabilization Law, Rent Stabilization Code, and Rent and Eviction Regulations
• Conducting rent regulatory and administrative due diligence
• Collaborating with senior attorneys on strategic litigation and advisory matters
• Contributing to thought leadership and client-facing publications (no sales pressure)
What We're Looking For
• Meaningful experience in rent regulation, DHCR practice, and administrative law
• Strong working knowledge of Rent Stabilization Law and Code
• Experience handling DHCR proceedings required
• Exposure to Supreme Court litigation or interest in expanding into it
• Ability to run matters independently while working collaboratively
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active NY Bar membership in good standing
• A portable book is welcome but not required

Experienced Real Estate Agent -- Learn From a 3,000+ Home Producer
New Jersey Life-Real Estate Team
Real estate agent job in Union, NJ
Job Description
Hey, this is Justin Kiliszek - founder of The New Jersey Life RealEstate Team.
I'll get straight to the point.
Over the last two decades, my team has closed 3,000+ homes and generated tens of millions in GCI. We're still growing - not because of hype, but because our systems produce, our culture pushes people higher, and our agents actually win here.
We're opening 2-3 agent spots on the team.
If you're hungry, coachable, and tired of running your business alone, this may be the move that changes your entire career.
Here's the reality:
We're sitting on more inbound leads than our agents can handle - Zillow, Realtor, Homes.com, PPC, sign calls, referrals, past clients - and we need strong people to step in and convert.
We're not looking for dabblers or “I'll try this for 90 days” types.
We want closers - people who want a six-figure business and are ready to plug in, be coached, and do the work.
What You Get Working With Us
- High-volume inbound opportunities (Zillow Flex, PPC, database)
- Daily coaching and accountability
- A support team handling backend and scheduling
- A proven system for converting leads into signed clients
- A culture that will push you both personally and professionally
If most agents had the volume of opportunities we provide, their income would double or triple.
That's why agents on our team consistently break new income levels.
If you want a real look behind the scenes, apply and come interview.
Talk to my agents.
Ask them what changed when they joined.
Ask how their business looked before and after.
If you're serious about growth, complete the application and let's talk.
Job Type:
Full-time
The Opportunity
Realistic earning potential: $68,720-$243,000+
Your income reflects your work ethic, consistency, and willingness to be coached.
If you're ready to take your career seriously - apply today.
This isn't just joining a team. This is stepping into the version of your business you always knew you were capable of.
