Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions
Source and evaluate multifamily acquisition opportunities
Underwrite deals and work in financial models
Review offering memorandums, rent rolls, and T-12 financials
Conduct market research and rent comps analysis

Asset Management
Track financial and operational performance of the portfolio
