Check mortgage loan applications for missing information and potential errors. Prepare and send loan application packets to members. Order and review appraisals, income verification, title commitments and other documents for missing information and potential errors. Request additional information for the underwriter and loan officer as needed. Monitor the underwriting process and providing updates to loan officers and members. Enter accurate information into the mortgage loan origination software (LOS). Ensure all deadlines for submissions, underwriting decisions, and closing are met. Send mortgages to appropriate county for recording immediately after funding; work with title companies to ensure the mortgage is recorded in a timely manner. Purge loan files by destroying out of date or unnecessary loan documents. Prepare release of mortgages as needed. Process and file all loan declines.
