This employee is responsible for answering basic real estate lending questions from members and for assisting in the perfection of all real estate mortgages, while directing member inquiries to the appropriate lending staff. Perform a variety of support duties related to the lending function.

Compile, analyze, and maintain organized files and reports.
Check mortgage loan applications for missing information and potential errors.
Prepare and send loan application packets to members.
Order and review appraisals, income verification, title commitments and other documents for missing information and potential errors.
Request additional information for the underwriter and loan officer as needed.
Monitor the underwriting process and providing updates to loan officers and members.
Enter accurate information into the mortgage loan origination software (LOS).
Ensure all deadlines for submissions, underwriting decisions, and closing are met.
Review pertinent financial and credit data used to structure a loan request that meets the member's needs.
Prepare loan packages for review, including analysis of appraisal and title commitments.
Process and prepare closing disclosures on all real estate loan applications.
Gather and collect data necessary for loan documentation, approval, and closing.
Respond to any borrower inquiry regarding the Closing Disclosure. A full understanding of this document and the figures noted for its completion is critical.
Review closing documents to ensure they were executed correctly prior to funding.
Input HMDA reporting information into the LOS system prior to funding.
Fund mortgage loans by performing the applicable wire transfer transactions, general ledger deposits, and similar for all mortgage loans.
Send mortgages to appropriate county for recording immediately after funding; work with title companies to ensure the mortgage is recorded in a timely manner.
Maintain an exception list of lacking documentation, being sure to clear exceptions as soon as possible, and request assistance from the real estate loan officer as needed.
Purge loan files by destroying out of date or unnecessary loan documents.
Prepare release of mortgages as needed.
Process and file all loan declines.
Understand compliance issues & attends training as they relate to Real Estate Loan Processor, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act; Reg P; Patriot Act, CFPB Regulations and SAFE Act.
Stay apprised and monitor trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as the changing rules and regulations pertaining to the real estate market.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Overview We are currently seeking part-time Real Estate Instructors to assist New Mexico students within our online courses for Colibri Group's esteemed brand, Colibri Real Estate. The instructor will familiarize themselves with our pre-licensing courses and help students understand material by replying to emailed content questions. This is a part-time, contract position with an estimated time commitment of 2-10 hours per week, although that will fluctuate. Responsible for special needs of all guest in the Hotel;
Making Key Cards for the hotel guest as needed;

A working knowledge of all packages that are being offered at the hotel;
A working knowledge of basic computer systems;
Responsible for knowing the special events and attractions of the surrounding area;
Keep a clean work station at all times;
Performs duties at maximum speed and efficiently when needed;
Checks out the hotel guest as needed;
Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino Policies and Procedures and to the Casino Internal Control Structure;

This employee is responsible for answering basic real estate lending questions from members and for assisting in the perfection of all real estate mortgages, while directing member inquiries to the appropriate lending staff. Perform a variety of support duties related to the lending function.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively prioritize tasks in order to handle multiple transactions concurrently.
Compile, analyze, and maintain organized files and reports.
Check mortgage loan applications for missing information and potential errors.
Prepare and send loan application packets to members.
Order and review appraisals, income verification, title commitments and other documents for missing information and potential errors.
Request additional information for the underwriter and loan officer as needed.
Monitor the underwriting process and providing updates to loan officers and members.
Enter accurate information into the mortgage loan origination software (LOS).
Ensure all deadlines for submissions, underwriting decisions, and closing are met.
Review pertinent financial and credit data used to structure a loan request that meets the member's needs.
Prepare loan packages for review, including analysis of appraisal and title commitments.
Process and prepare closing disclosures on all real estate loan applications.
Gather and collect data necessary for loan documentation, approval, and closing.
Respond to any borrower inquiry regarding the Closing Disclosure. A full understanding of this document and the figures noted for its completion is critical.
Review closing documents to ensure they were executed correctly prior to funding.
Input HMDA reporting information into the LOS system prior to funding.
Fund mortgage loans by performing the applicable wire transfer transactions, general ledger deposits, and similar for all mortgage loans.
Send mortgages to appropriate county for recording immediately after funding; work with title companies to ensure the mortgage is recorded in a timely manner.
Maintain an exception list of lacking documentation, being sure to clear exceptions as soon as possible, and request assistance from the real estate loan officer as needed.
Purge loan files by destroying out of date or unnecessary loan documents.
Prepare release of mortgages as needed.
Process and file all loan declines.
Understand compliance issues & attends training as they relate to Real Estate Loan Processor, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act; Reg P; Patriot Act, CFPB Regulations and SAFE Act.
Stay apprised and monitor trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as the changing rules and regulations pertaining to the real estate market.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Education or experience equivalent to a High School diploma or G.E.D certificate, in addition to some experience working in an office or administrative environment.
Experience with lending or financial services a plus but not required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Strong math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages.

Showami is a service that connects licensed real estate agents with other licensed real estate agents to assist with buyer showings. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Sparks and surrounding areas to show homes.
Requirements:
You must be a currently licensed real estate agent
You must have access to the MLS
You must have experience showing homes in the greater Sparks area.
You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Responsibilities:
Schedule showings on behalf of the buyers agent
Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
Conduct home showings in a professional manner
Access the listing via your local MLS
Use apps like ShowingTime to schedule showings for the buyer's agent and their clients
Benefits:
Showing Agents will be paid an average of $32 per home shown but can earn upwards of $50 a home showing, with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
Showing Agents on Showami, have the flexibility of accepting or passing up showing opportunities at their leisure. this means you can pick up showings when you're available and looking for side-gig income.
