A RealEstateAgent plays an essential role in a realestate transaction. In this role, you will advocate for your clients by understanding their preferences, representing them when negotiating a sale and assisting them with every detail of their home purchase and sale. You would fit this role as an Entry-Level RealEstateAgent if you love to come up with creative solutions to make yourself stand out in a thriving realestate market. As this is an entry-level position, prior realestate experience is not required. We will provide you with training and resources to prepare you to become a successful agent. RealEstate offers a lot of independence, so if you are a self-starter and enjoy flexibility, this position could be a good fit for you.
RealEstateAgents receive compensation based on their transaction volume. When a sale or purchase is achieved, you will receive a competitive commission. The more sales you close, the more commission you earn. RealEstateAgents often earn more than $100,000 a year, but it can take a couple years to reach that goal as you build your client portfolio.

To earn a realestate license you will need to complete realestate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant Responsibilities
Greet and guide clients on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfills their wants and needs.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational feature.
Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and model.
