Who You Are
We're looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their career.
* Active and unrestricted realestate license
* Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
* Minimum of 1 year residential realestate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related realestate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a realestate capacity
* You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
* You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
* You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.
This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,000-$1,250,000. On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.

We actually have an overflow of buyer appointments right now and are looking for agents to join us and service them. These buyers have come from our reverse prospecting lead generation efforts and were vetted by our inside sales team, who have booked actual appointments with Now buyers.
Because we know how to generate 1000+ leads a week and have an inside sales team that makes offers to these buyers to get a Yes to the appointment, the agents who take these appointments need to be trained on how to convert them to sales. We provide all of this training weekly as part of our team.
Last week, we handed out 2-3 buyers' appointments per agent, but we don't have enough agents to keep up!

Job Description
As a RealEstate Analyst, you will be trained by Enterprise's executive and industry leaders. You will work on projects and with teams that span the organization's business lines, including our Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), housing credit investments, asset management, realestate equity and realestate development.
Responsibilities may include:
Analyzing market, collateral and financial trends
Partnering with relationship managers and underwriters to evaluate credit risks and structure loans
Analyzing and updating data on collateral, financials, projections, covenant compliance, free cash flow and audits
Reviewing field examinations and appraisals for collateral performance and valuation trends
Analyzing clients' financial performance by comparing it to past performance, projections, and industry standards
Spreading financial statements, assessing the client's compliance with financial covenants, and confirming the accuracy of risk ratings
Our RealEstate Analyst cohort will join Enterprise in late June 2026 with the program running through June 2028. The application process will open in November 2025. Analysts will start with eight months of comprehensive training with Enterprise's CDFI, a US Treasury certified revolving debt fund with just over $550 million in assets under management. Over the remaining 16-months analyst will complete two, eight-month rotations within Enterprise's Capital Division.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
An undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, realestate, urban planning, or related field is required as follows:

* Partnering with relationship managers and underwriters to evaluate credit risks and structure loans

Our RealEstate Analyst cohort will join Enterprise in late June 2026 with the program running through June 2028. The application process will open in November 2025. Analysts will start with eight months of comprehensive training with Enterprise's CDFI, a US Treasury certified revolving debt fund with just over $550 million in assets under management. Over the remaining 16-months analyst will complete two, eight-month rotations within Enterprise's Capital Division.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
* An undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, realestate, urban planning, or related field is required as follows:
* Graduating Master's Degree Candidate with a concentration in City and Regional Planning, RealEstate, Finance, Accounting or Business
* 2 Accounting courses with a grade of "B" or higher
* Graduating undergraduate senior with an overall GPA of 3.20 or higher
* Major in Business, Finance, Accounting, or RealEstate
* Participated in a realestate related internship and/or mentorship program in realestate finance
* 2 Accounting courses with a grade of "B" or higher
* Periodic in-office work time required in the Columbia, MD area
* Committed to the mission of housing and community development
